"Detached scans" refer to the extra scans we need to create when we have to break the continuous flow of 360-degree scans that form your dollhouse view. These detached scans are often required when there's an extra level that's not connected by interior staircases. The additional cost for these scans covers the extra hosting fees from Matterport, the extra time spent editing, and the time it takes to create the new scans on-site.

Matterport "Spaces," which are the property listing links or viewers for your Matterport tours, stay online for one year. After that, we need to "archive" them in our Matterport account, but they’re not deleted—they can be reactivated anytime for a $75 fee for six months. This fee is a necessary cost due to Matterport's account limitations, and we simply pass it on to you without trying to profit from it. If you'd prefer, we're happy to transfer your Matterport Space to your own account at no extra cost. Matterport currently offers accounts starting at $120 per year, depending on how many Spaces you want to keep active.
